Analyzing Your Social Media
By Eric Brown | June 1st, 2009 | Category: Marketing, Social Networking and Marketing | No Comments »
We all know social media, social networking, and social marketing are on the rise. Some will argue about their viability and stay-ability over the long haul, but right now its hot and that is because it works…with one minor flaw. Analyzing social media can be a chore for any analyst despite the fact that web analytics gets easier and easier.
Autonomy Interwoven aims to change that. Powered by IDOL (Intelligent Data Operating Layer), AI has launched a new Social Media Analysis program. Barb Mosher at CMSWire.com calls it “meaning based analytics…to understand and leverage the conversations happening in social networks.”
Social Media Analysis Features
According to the folks at Autonomy Interwoven, their new Social Media Analysis provides:
- Out-of-the-box social media functionality
- Monitoring for all forms of user generated content
- The Ability to Identifiy emerging trends from online conversations
- The Ability target content based on social media analysis
Although not the first or only social media analytics service, Autonomy Interwoven provides what appears to be a powerful analytics solution for social media. Check it out here.
