CMS Just Got Even Cushier

CushyCMS, the web based CMS option for static sites, isn’t new. In fact they are boasting over 30,000 sites currently. But recent updates and developments may change this. Stateless Systems, creators of CushyCMS have made some recent improvements that should help Cushy stay at the top of the game.
According to Geoff Spick at CMSWire.com, CushyCMS has added multilanguage support, XML editing features, a new WYSIWYG and more. But are the changes enough to keep Cushy ahead of others like Surreal or Clover?

CushyCMS is in no way “on top of the game”. The WYSIWYG editor lacks a lot of functionality, and the overall interface is just choppy. Surreal CMS has them beat by a longshot. File Manager, image editor. I can even edit my source code from inside the CMS. Cushy is old news. There are much better solutions out there now!
Thanks for the comment David. I would tend to agree with you at this point. Cushy has let themselves go so to speak. I quit offering any type of remote CMS options for my clients and stick to primarily open source options. With a platform like WordPress, it is easy to convert a site from static to dynamic. Happy developing
